Understanding overseas workforce needs survey
International Recruitment East asked Hertfordshire Care Providers Association (HCPA) to conduct a survey of to support understanding of overseas workforce needs.
The results of this survey are now available. The outcomes are guiding the creation of a training module to support all those in the care sector in the Eastern region.
